David Allen is a therapist based in Tonbridge, England. He specialises in spiritual regression and behavioral change, particularly with regard to alcohol dependency issues.
His personal experience of the damaging effects of excess drinking remains a prime motivation for him to show others how to beat this problem permanently.
In November 2011 David's book 'The Sophisticated Alcoholic' will be published. It offers a new and completely different approach to eliminating alcohol problems.
Born in 1947, he worked in industry for most of his life as a technician, manager, trainer and IT consultant but changed the purpose and direction of his work in 2004, the results of which are reflected in the publication of the book and the on-line program launched in 2007.
This interactive and anonymous therapy provision is the world's only on-line alcohol support program to help people change their relationship with alcohol forever.
Married with two children and five grandchildren, his family has always played a leading role in his life.
‘The David Allen Store’ is a central location for all the resources I’ve developed over the years. It is for those with alcohol dependency issues and those who want to explore their spirituality yet contains a range of hypnosis audio files specifically targeted at common behavioural problems.
Browse the categories to see what in what area I can be of help to you.
This store contains all my hypnosis audio files as well as books I have written, contributed to or want to recommend. There are also practical tools such as sample EFT statements and other documents that help keep the progress of change on track and the store is regularly added to as I continue to develop additional resources.
Some of the store items are available to buy, some are discounted or free for subscribers of my ‘Control Your Drinking’ website program and some are free for everyone.
An example of this is the series of hypnosis recordings I created to help women going through the treatment regime for breast cancer. The prime motivation for me to develop these was my wife’s experience of that same disease in 2009 and my overwhelming desire to make it easier for her.
It just seems right that some things should not be charged for.
You can regard the store as a shop plus. I’ll include articles and links to information that is strategically important for behavioural change so feel free to look around.
